INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - Top Grille
1) For lower grille installation, you must first remove the philips
screws that hold the front tag bracket in place (if equipped).
2) Remove protective cover from front of lower grille. Install
the supplied black silicone sleeves to the mounting studs on back of grille
(trim the ends off with cutters or a razor blade). Install the black trim
guard around the edge of the grille.
3) Align the lower grille into the opening, making sure it is oriented
correctly (the radii are different top to bottom, check to see which way
fits best). Install the lower mounting brackets and ENSA lock nuts until
the grille is snug. Do not overtighten or you could dent the grille.
4) For vehicles equipped with a front tag bracket, grind the upper
portion of the screw boss flat, leaving the screw hole intact. This will
allow the tag bracket to fit flush against the grille, reusing the factory
mounting holes.
5) Reinstall the modified front tag bracket using the #10 x 1-1/2"
Pan head screws supplied in the hardware kit. The screws will pass between
the frame and the lower fin and reuse the existing tag mounting holes.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - Lower Grille
1) Open the hood and remove the radiator support panel cover. Apply
protective tape to all three grille surround areas to protect the factory
grille.
2) Cut the ends off the black silicone sleeves and install them
onto each mounting stud. Align the upper grille sections into place. Install
the mounting brackets over the protruding studs and install the supplied
ESNA half nuts to secure.
IMPORTANT: Do not over tighten the ESNA nuts or you could dent the stainless
steel grille at the stud locations.
3) Once all the hardware is tight, remove the protective masking
tape and replace the radiator support panel cover to finish.
