To return items:
A customer service representative will assist you with return shipping. Please contact us before you send back any item. Please have your receipt ready when you call, or include your order number when you e-mail us. This will save you time and money in the long run. Also, we understand things happen, so we are more than happy to help you with your returns.
Return Policies
Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return for a refund unopened merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories.
There is a 20% restocking charge on all returned parts.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned for a refund:
- Special Order parts. All special order parts must be paid in advance.
- CDs, DVDs (any digital media) and publications.
- Electrical components. Due to the nature of certain parts, electrical parts (ie. lights, relays, switches) may not be returned for a refund.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Courtesy Nissan.
Return Shipping
Nissan parts must be returned in original Nissan packaging to be eligble for a refund.
Please keep the original receipt, packaging and accessories to return with the item. Indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Attach the return label from the front of your packing slip and ship to the address on the label.
For your protection, it is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
