To return items:
Simply call us first at: 1.800.527.1909 or email sales@courtesyparts.com
Our customer service representative will assist you with return shipping. Please contact us before you send back the item(s). Please have your receipt when you call, or include your order number when you e-mail us. This will save you time and money in the long run. Also, we understand things happen, so we are more than happy to help you with your returns.
Return Policies
Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return for a refund any unopened merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories.
There is a 20% charge on all returned parts.
There is no refund for special order parts. All special order parts must be paid in advance.
Because of the nature of certain parts, there is no refund on electrical components, CDs, DVDs (any digital media) and publications. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Courtesy Nissan.
You can also cancel unshipped items (except Special Order parts), please notify us as soon as possible.
Return Shipping
Please keep the original receipt, packaging and accessories to return with the item. Indicate the reason for our return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Attach the return label from the front of your packing slip and ship to the address on the label.
For your protection, it is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
